- System has an option to capture calibration certificate and competency profiles of Inspector in system with expiry validation, which will prevent an inspector performing a particular set of inspection even though their certificate is invalid.
- System has an option to validate the calibration due dates of equipment used during inspection, which will prevent the inspectors using an equipment which has an expired calibrated due date.
Inspection Standards and Tolerance Validation
- IMS has option to adapt various inspection standards from the industry and customizable system will also allow you to adapt dynamically changing inspection standards in the industry.
- System has option to store various acceptable measurement tolerance based on standards like API,DS-1,NS-2 and customer specific etc. and system will alert inspector if the measured values are not within the acceptable range as per the inspection standards selected.
